PsychNow Subscription Service Terms and Conditions

The following Subscription Service Terms and Conditions apply to all software products or services provided by PsychNow (the “Services”). PsychNow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.

THE PSYCHNOW SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY AND/OR ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

The Subscription Service is subject to these Subscription Service Terms and Conditions.

You may not use the Service if You, or intend in the future to, directly or indirectly engage in any business that competes with PsychNow or offer a similar software solution or services to the Service.
Billing will commence on the purchase date of the Services, and you will be charged monthly on the same day every month going forward in advance for the Services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial month refudns will be provided.
You agree that PsychNow may use your contact information for marketing and commercial purposes as well as for any legitimate interest.
PsychNow may modify or terminate the Service at any time, for any reason, with thirty (30) days notice to you, and any modification or termination will not be deemed a material, detrimental change;
In any case, the aggregate liability (excluding indirect damages, for which PsychNow expressly disclaims all liability) of PsychNow, and its affiliates and suppliers, for any claim arising from your use of the Services will not exceed 100 dollars (US)

Restrictions on Use

You must use the Services within the scope and limits defined by PsychNow. You must not, and shall not allow any permitted End User to:

Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or that enforce limitations on use of the Service;
Allow any third party to use the license provided to you;
Use the Services to process data on behalf of any third party;
Disclose or publish the results of any benchmark tests run on the Services;
Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services for any purpose;
Take any action that imposes or may impose (at PsychNow’s sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the PsychNow infrastructure;
Interfere or attempt to interfere with the integrity or proper working of the Services, or any related activities;
Modify, translate, patch, alter, change or create any derivative works of the Services, or any part thereof; Disclose Your Account information (defined below) usernames or passwords to any third party;
