Patients will receive an email inviting them to continue to the intake. Once they start the intake, their status updates to “Intake started”:
The intake is a longer set of questions for the patient. If the patient leaves and returns to the intake, their data will be saved, and they can pick up where they left off. This means patients will remain in this state until they have time to fully complete the intake.

Scheduling the Live Meeting
Once the patient finishes their intake, they are prompted to schedule a live meeting with you. The patient is given the appointment scheduling options you provided in your account settings. After the patient schedules the meeting, they will click a button to mark this task as complete. This action moves their status to “Appointment scheduled”:
Note: The PsychNow platform is not connected to any scheduling system, so this status only reflects that the patient clicked the “Mark as done” button on the scheduling screen. We cannot verify that the patient has actually made the appointment.
